Operations Manager

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production activities at its Kuwait facility. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to maintain safe and efficient facility performance.
• Develop and implement production plans that meet operational targets and optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures.
• Plan and supervise shift schedules to guarantee continuous production.
• Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and report production performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, HSE and other departments to support efficient plant operations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas production or facility operations, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing systems and production operations.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
