Operations Manager – Sports Facility Management

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee staffing, scheduling, fleet maintenance, customer service and financial performance across five sports venue locations. Acting as the link between operational teams and corporate leadership, the role ensures consistency, efficiency and profitability while supporting long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and workforce scheduling across all locations.
• Manage fleet and asset maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service delivery.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance against targets.
• Coordinate maintenance, scheduling and operational activities across sites.
• Drive operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Report operational metrics and performance to senior management.
• Support alignment of sales, marketing and operational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in multi‑location service businesses, leisure/sports facilities, transportation/fleet‑based operations, or retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of fleet and asset management.
• Experience monitoring budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to act as a bridge between operational teams and corporate management.
• Holds a transferable visa.
