Operations Team Leader

About the role

Boutiqaat, the leading beauty and lifestyle e‑commerce platform in the region, is seeking an Operations Team Leader to own and optimise its warehouse, logistics and inventory functions. You will drive operational excellence, ensure timely order fulfilment and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound product receipt, PO coordination, quality checks and GRN reconciliation.
• Manage picking, packing and shipping teams to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate last‑mile delivery with 3PL partners and ensure flawless handovers.
• Maintain accurate stock movement, expiry tracking, FIFO, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
• Handle returns, damaged goods segregation and reverse logistics.
• Optimise delivery routes, driver management and COD reconciliation.
• Partner with third‑party providers to align service with customer expectations.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring, coaching and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues quickly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in 3PL warehouse environments is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics software.
• Power‑user level Excel.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
