Personal Concierge / Guest Relations Agent

About the role

As a Personal Concierge / Guest Relations Agent you will be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering personalized service that enhances their experience and builds lasting loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve as their primary contact, handling inquiries and special requests.
• Proactively check in with guests, arranging dining, transport and room preferences.
• Provide tailored services for VIP and high‑profile guests, coordinating special occasions and amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and collaborate with other departments to fulfill needs.
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect and report guest feedback, maintain updated guest profiles and prepare daily interaction reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge or executive floor service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑centric approach.
• Ability to handle VIP guests and resolve issues professionally.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
