About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides flexible, high‑quality outpatient therapy services to a diverse and complex patient population. Working within the Therapy Central Office, the role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to both patient care and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to outpatients across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Adhere to all regulatory and licensing requirements, including state board standards.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Graduated with a relevant degree (BS or MS) from an accredited program.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.

Required skills

• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
