About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides outpatient therapy services to a complex patient population, working independently and ensuring high‑quality care. This full‑time day‑shift role operates from 8 am to 5 pm, with a bi‑weekly schedule of 80 hours.

Key responsibilities

Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to outpatients across various conditions.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
Adhere to departmental policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuous professional development and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
Commitment to accountability, independence, and patient‑centered care.

Required skills

CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
