Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehab Agency

About the role

The Physical Therapist will provide independent, accountable care to a complex inpatient rehabilitation population. Working day shifts, the therapist contributes to both patient outcomes and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver age-appropriate physical therapy interventions for inpatient clients.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care pathways.
• Maintain compliance with facility competencies and state licensing requirements.
• Participate in professional development activities and departmental improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care in an inpatient setting.

Required skills

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
• CPR certification (provided upon hire).
