Presales & Technical Consultant – AEC Software

About the role

We are looking for a Presales & Technical Consultant to support delivery, implementation and presales activities of BIM, CAD and digital construction solutions across Kuwait. The role blends technical expertise, client consulting and solution design to help customers maximise the value of their technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical workshops.
• Support the sales team with solution design, proposals, RFPs and technical documentation.
• Advise customers on BIM, CAD and digital construction workflows and best practices.
• Design and present end‑to‑end solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Perform software implementation, configuration and deployment activities.
• Deliver user training and ongoing technical support.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to demonstrate solution value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting or technical delivery within the AEC technology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with BIM, CAD and Digital Construction solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Autodesk products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
