Program Manager – Capital Markets FinTech

About the role

DirectFN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of client delivery projects in the capital‑markets fintech space. The role oversees multiple inter‑dependent implementations, aligns resources, and ensures programme outcomes meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the integrated programme plan, schedule, resource allocation and governance framework.
• Provide oversight to Project Managers, track programme health, and intervene on high‑risk issues.
• Lead strategic client engagement at the executive level, chair steering committees and manage expectations across workstreams.
• Manage programme‑level budgeting, resource planning and financial discipline.
• Maintain the programme risk and issue register, handle change requests and escalations.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and drive continuous improvement of programme practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of project/programme management experience, including at least 4 years managing multi‑project programmes in technology or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, inter‑dependent programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience handling significant programme budgets and multidisciplinary resource pools.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
