Project Manager – Design & Construction, Real Estate Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design, construction, renovation, and replacement projects across our office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities. The role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through execution while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned real‑estate services projects, including design, construction, renovation, and replacement of various facilities.
• Supervise up to 20 subcontractor personnel and coordinate diverse activities within the functional area.
• Administer project policies, budgets, and revenue‑impacting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver value‑creating outcomes that support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration; Project Management or Construction Management preferred.
• 12–15 years of project management experience, preferably in a consultancy or construction firm.
• Proven experience in oil & gas construction projects; PMP certification and PMI registration are a plus.
• Ability to work independently under high pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated competence with MS Project and SAP; AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial.
• Provide project profiles for the three most recent completed projects.
