Project Sales Executive (Kuwait)

About the role

The Project Sales Executive will drive new business by using a consultative selling approach to identify, qualify and close opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers and project owners in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers and project owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the Kuwait market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision‑makers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical, production and management teams to meet project requirements.
• Follow projects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Jordanian nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait project and contracting market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
