Quality Control Engineer (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through comprehensive manual testing and collaboration with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, system and UAT test cases.
• Track and report defects using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify testing risks, estimate effort, and contribute to test metrics and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
