Real Estate Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to join our team in Al Asimah, Kuwait. You will be responsible for identifying, listing and showcasing residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through buying, selling and leasing transactions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, manage leads and build a pipeline of property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market research, pricing analysis and negotiation support.
• Prepare, review and coordinate sales documents with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings and client interactions.
• Represent BroadStone RealEstate professionally and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate licence and solid understanding of property concepts.
• Hands‑on experience in residential and commercial real‑estate transactions.
• Proven sales track record with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of the Al Asimah market and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to inclusive client interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM systems.
• Competence in email, spreadsheets and online listing platforms.
