Real Estate Sourcer

About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for a Real Estate Sourcer to identify and secure new kitchen locations across Kuwait. You will work closely with landlords, developers and internal teams to expand our network of fully equipped kitchen spaces for restaurateurs.

Key responsibilities

• Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authorities throughout Kuwait.
• Negotiate lease terms, regulatory requirements and development agreements to secure viable sites.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify real‑estate trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting the sector.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and development teams to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and update real‑estate databases ensuring data accuracy.
• Work with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Acquisitions Manager to align sourcing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of the commercial real‑estate market in Kuwait.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
