About the role

NEW WORLD CONCEPT, a prestigious medical clinic in Kuwait, is looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing the front desk, handling appointments, and providing excellent administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and patients in a courteous manner.
• Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments and follow‑up visits.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage patient records securely.
• Perform data‑entry tasks, file documents, and keep the reception area organized.
• Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and office supplies.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait work visa or transferable visa.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, welcoming attitude toward clients and visitors.
• Ability to manage appointments and front‑desk operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in filing, data‑entry, and basic office software.
• Capability to maintain an organized and tidy reception environment.
