Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Al Mulla Automotive is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full talent acquisition cycle for its operations in Kuwait. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates across multiple channels, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process in line with SOPs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Facilitate and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive packages.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone, in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Support bulk recruitment drives, career fairs and recruitment events.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and provide hiring requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment reports, candidate trackers and records.
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
