Registered Nurse – 2nd Floor Rehab (Night Shift)

About the role

The 2nd Floor Rehab unit at Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to work the night shift. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering safe, therapeutic care to patients during the overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• ACLS certification (may be required for some areas).
• PALS certification (may be required for some areas).
• NALS certification (may be required for some areas).
