Registered Nurse – Night Shift – 2nd Floor Rehab

About the role

The Registered Nurse will work the night shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am) on the 2nd Floor Rehabilitation unit at Baptist Health. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Follow department policies and organizational procedures to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain a 72‑hour bi‑weekly schedule, providing consistent night‑time coverage.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS training may be required and will be provided.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – training provided if needed.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – training provided if needed.
• NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – training provided if needed.
