Registered Nurse – Night Shift, 3rd Floor Rehab

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 3rd Floor Rehab unit on the night shift. The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited program or a Registered Nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required based on unit needs (training provided).
• Willingness to complete specialty education specific to the rehab unit.
