Sales Advisor – Retail (Kuwait, Avenues Mall)

About the role

Join the first On store in Kuwait, located in Avenues Mall, as a Sales Advisor. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering the brand’s premium experience to every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and provide tailored product solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of On’s technical product features, sustainability initiatives and athlete stories.
• Support visual merchandising standards and help create engaging in‑store events.
• Provide feedback to store leadership to continuously improve processes and service quality.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and order placement.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous retail experience; background in running, fashion or sports is a plus.
• Strong communication, initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and desire to help people achieve personal goals.
• Attention to visual standards and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
