Sales Engineer - Commercial Air Conditioning

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive growth of Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) solutions in Kuwait, focusing on VRF systems, packaged units, and ducted split systems. Working closely with the Sales Manager, Application Engineering team, and key market players, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Kuwait HVAC market.
• Generate and nurture project leads through regular visits and communication with consultants, contractors, developers, and end‑users.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and forecast project revenue.
• Promote and sell VRF and other CAC solutions, interpreting project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with Application Engineering for equipment selection, system design, technical proposals, and compliance statements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and customers.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, tracking purchase orders, deliveries, payments, and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in the Kuwait market.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on sales experience with VRF systems.
• Strong technical understanding of VRF system selection and commercial air‑conditioning solutions.
