Sales Manager – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Kuwait. The role combines strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution to maximise revenue, drive new business and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategy in line with the business plan.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a sales‑leadership role within a quality environment.
• Commercially astute, results‑driven and comfortable multitasking.
• Strong communication, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to enhance the hotel’s image in the community.
