Sales Promoter – Retail

About the role

The Sales Promoter will represent Samsung’s mobile phone range and accessories in a retail environment in Kuwait. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the most suitable Samsung products while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Samsung mobile phones and accessories to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and the latest technology.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked product displays.
• Stay informed about Samsung product updates, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Assist customers with product comparisons and purchasing decisions.
• Generate leads and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily sales reports and keep accurate sales records.
• Follow company policies, store guidelines, and brand standards.
