Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead projects and business process improvement initiatives across Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Last Mile Delivery, Home Delivery, Installation Services, Returns, and Marketplace operations. The role acts as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, driving requirement definition, process optimisation, solution design and delivery of strategic supply‑chain initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across Supply Chain and Logistics functions, including delivery scheduling, dispatch, home delivery and reverse logistics.
• Facilitate workshops, develop Business Requirement Documents, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Architecture, QA and external vendors to design and implement solutions.
• Analyse operational KPIs, recommend automation and optimisation opportunities, and support sprint planning.
• Assess technology solutions and vendors, create scorecards and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in a business or technology discipline.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 4 years in Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail Operations.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, agile and waterfall projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
