Senior Campaign Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to join a pool of Non-Key Experts supporting the EU’s DG MENA communication outreach across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, lasting up to 36 months, and focuses on strengthening the visibility and impact of EU policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and detailed communication plans.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, press and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences and recommend effective outreach and engagement strategies.
• Support the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities align with DG MENA’s communication objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or advertising.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in communication/marketing.
• At least 3 years of specific experience designing and implementing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience with EU‑funded or public‑sector campaigns is an asset.
