Senior Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader

About the role

The Senior Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader will lead cleaning teams delivering residential and commercial cleaning services across Kuwait City. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise junior cleaning staff on assigned projects, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Conduct on‑site quality inspections and ensure compliance with company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Plan and organise daily cleaning schedules, coordinate manpower, equipment and supplies, and handle urgent customer requests.
• Train, coach and mentor new and junior cleaners, maintaining discipline and professional conduct.
• Supervise a variety of cleaning services including homes, apartments, villas, offices, retail shops, warehouses, schools and post‑renovation projects.
• Inspect completed work before customer handover, resolve quality issues and follow up on customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage multiple cleaning projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and convey work plans to the team.
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager and works on‑site in Kuwait City.
