Senior HR Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Senior HR Recruitment Officer will lead manpower planning and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to secure high‑quality talent for the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and manage both local and overseas hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower planning.
• Manage high‑volume hiring through the Recruitment Management System and external job boards.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinating interview logistics for local and overseas applicants.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies for mass hiring and oversee offer letter issuance.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and ensure smooth transition to Kuwait.
• Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and produce timely reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Kuwaitization programs is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
