Senior Java Developer – Secure Code Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in secure coding to lead code‑security assessments across multiple languages. The role combines hands‑on development, security analysis, and automation to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform secure code assessments for Java (Spring, Android), TypeScript, C# (.NET), Swift and Kotlin.
• Conduct security baseline reviews of encryption and hashing algorithms against international standards.
• Prepare builds for debugging, identify code issues, and recommend remediation.
• Write automation scripts (Python or other languages) to streamline repetitive security tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide secure‑code guidance and integrate security practices into each SDLC phase.
• Utilize secure code review tools and support DevSecOps automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java (Spring, Android) and/or C# (.NET) development with a focus on secure coding.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, cryptography, and network protocol design.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, willingness to learn, and good English communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., ECSP, CSSLP, language‑specific certificates).
