Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

ABYAT is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to lead creative marketing initiatives for its Kitchens and Internal Doors / Wooden Works business in Kuwait. The role focuses on social media content, video production, campaigns, influencer collaborations and overall brand communication, turning product and production insights into engaging consumer‑facing material.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social‑media content ideas for kitchens, internal doors and workshop activities.
• Translate product features, craftsmanship and production processes into reels, short‑form videos, demonstrations and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Write scripts, storylines, captions and creative briefs aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Identify social‑media trends and adapt them to the business context.
• Conceptualise video projects from idea to final output, including scriptwriting and briefing.
• Attend and support photo and video shoots, ensuring creative concepts are executed correctly.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, production teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Background in an advertising or creative agency with hands‑on experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver campaigns from concept through final delivery.
• Highly creative, capable of turning business requirements into compelling content.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms and trends.
