Service Crew

About the role

The Service Crew member is the front‑line ambassador of the store, responsible for generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑thru with a warm smile.
• Prepare and serve coffee and menu items following the "Always Fresh" procedure to guarantee quality and accuracy.
• Maintain speed of service targets while working efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
• Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and automatic debits, issue receipts, refunds or change correctly.
• Keep the front counter clean, organized and stocked for peak periods.
• Take product temperatures regularly and record them in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Participate in store meetings, follow all restaurant policies and complete sanitation tasks.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns, ensuring a positive outcome.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a customer‑facing or retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Friendly, attentive attitude with strong product knowledge.
• Willingness to follow visual and operational standards consistently.
