About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our busy restaurant team in Kuwait. This full‑time position involves delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment while supporting overall restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and equipment cleaning.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving restaurant setting.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
