Simulation Technician III

About the role

V2X is seeking a Simulation Technician III to support the Kuwait Land Forces. The role focuses on delivering scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for Tactical Advanced Digital Simulation Systems (TADSS) such as AGTS, TDTs, and GFP, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on TADSS equipment following technical manuals and best‑practice procedures.
• Diagnose system failures, repair or replace components, and verify interoperability of devices.
• Record all maintenance actions in real‑time using the MAXIMO CMMS, tracking part numbers, serial numbers, and warranty terms.
• Set up and test TADSS devices to confirm expected performance and operational verification.
• Maintain a safe workplace, complying with Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and OSHA standards.
• Provide required documentation to EHS and QA divisions and participate in mandatory training programs.

Required profile

• Experience with maintenance of complex simulation or electronic systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, checklists, and industry best practices.
• Willingness to travel to staffed and unstaffed sites as maintenance schedules dictate.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
