Simulations Technician III

About the role

The Simulations Technician III will support the Kuwait Land Forces by performing maintenance on Tactical Advanced Digital Simulation Systems (TADSS). Working on‑site, you will ensure that simulation equipment such as AGTS, TDTs and GFP remains operational and meets safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled, preventive and corrective maintenance on TADSS components following technical manuals and checklists.
• Diagnose system failures, repair or replace faulty parts, and verify equipment interoperability.
• Record all maintenance actions in real‑time using MAXIMO, tracking part numbers, serial numbers and warranty information.
• Set up and test TADSS devices to confirm proper operation and compliance with performance specifications.
• Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to Environmental Health & Safety, OSHA and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Provide documentation and information to EHS and QA divisions as required.
• Participate in mandatory training programs and ensure compliance with government‑wide safety and security standards.

Required profile

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex simulation or electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance checklists and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail for real‑time data capture and warranty tracking.
• Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
