Site Lead / Operations Manager

About the role

The Site Lead / Operations Manager will be based in Kuwait supporting the WEXMAC Northern Camps. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role oversees multiple site locations, ensuring safe, efficient and contract‑compliant operations for a $4.5 billion defense solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on all site operational and maintenance matters.
• Manage daily activities across one or more sites, supervising site personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop scope of work solicitations, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and oversee technical evaluations.
• Establish site doctrine including Safety Plan, Quality Plan, construction procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accountability, safety and security of all site equipment and personnel.
• Prepare required reports and documentation for the Deputy Task Order Manager.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Task Order Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in a multi‑discipline environment, preferably supporting military installation base infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of operations, site or program management experience directly supporting DoD or DoS.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
