Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead daily production and operational activities at our Kuwait facility, ensuring safe, stable and efficient performance. This senior position requires coordination across operations, maintenance, HSE, materials and planning teams to meet production targets and uphold strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site production and operations to guarantee safe and efficient facility performance.
• Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Materials, and Planning activities and resources.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, supporting shutdown/turnaround execution.
• Monitor production performance, equipment condition, work progress and operational priorities.
• Lead daily/weekly operations and maintenance planning, tracking critical activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, JSA/JHA, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate response to equipment failures, production interruptions, incidents and site emergencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and operational reports to project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of oil & gas facilities operations experience, including 10+ years in management roles.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas processing operations such as gas treatment, compression, reinjection, condensate recovery and water treatment.
• Good knowledge of H₂S management, hazardous exposure limits and emergency response.
• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA control systems.
• Fluent English with effective professional communication.
