Site Manager (Secret Clearance) – Ali Al Salem Air Base

About the role

The Site Manager will lead day‑to‑day engineering, asset management and real‑property activities at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, supporting the U.S. Air Force under the AFCAP V Program. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient delivery of services in line with the Performance Work Statement and U.S. Government directives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Oversee installation engineering, asset visibility, Activity Management Plan execution, and real‑property coordination.
• Lead, mentor and schedule a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, planners and property staff.
• Conduct inspections, audits and corrective actions to meet quality and contractual obligations.
• Plan and support preventive maintenance to maximise system reliability.
• Monitor performance trends, troubleshoot issues and ensure continuity across rotations.

Required profile

• U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Proven leadership experience in a high‑risk, austere environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering support services, asset management and real‑property processes.
• Ability to coordinate with U.S. Air Force stakeholders and adhere to federal directives.
