Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) for the AFCAP V program in Southwest Asia. The role oversees all flight‑line activities, ensuring safe, efficient aircraft arrival, servicing and departure in a 24/7 austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure.
• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety, FOD prevention and tool‑control procedures.
• Schedule and supervise personnel to provide continuous 24/7/365 coverage, including surge and contingency operations.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, Technical Orders, airfield standards and U.S. Air Force directives.
• Inspect and audit work, implement corrective actions, and monitor performance trends to meet contractual objectives.

Required profile

• Valid Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience managing flight‑line or aircraft ground‑handling operations in a high‑tempo, austere environment.
• Ability to lead, mentor and enforce discipline among diverse personnel.
• Strong understanding of environmental, safety and quality assurance regulations.
