Site Manager – WEXMAC Program (Kuwait)

About the role

The Site Manager will oversee multiple site locations for the WEXMAC program in Kuwait, acting as the primary point of contact with the Government and ensuring safe, efficient operations in line with the Performance Work Statement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across one or more sites, supervising site personnel and subcontractors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Government on all operational and maintenance matters.
• Develop scope of work solicitations and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Establish site doctrine including safety plans, quality plans, construction procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare required reports, ensure accountability, safety, and security of equipment and personnel.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Task Order Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field (preferred).
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multi‑discipline environments, preferably in military installation or infrastructure support.
• At least 5 years’ experience in operations, site or program management supporting DoD or DoS.

Required skills

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
