Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing Q Studio’s presence across key social media platforms. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content to increase reach, engagement and follower growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage daily posting schedules and curate stories and reels.
• Collaborate with photography and videography teams to source visual assets.
• Write engaging captions that reflect the studio’s aesthetic and services.
• Monitor performance analytics and generate regular reports.
• Respond to messages and comments, fostering community interaction.
• Coordinate collaborations and influencer partnerships.
• Align social media activities with broader marketing and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience, managing brand accounts and growing online communities.
• Effective communication and writing skills for clear, engaging captions and professional client interaction.
• Content strategy expertise, including calendar planning and performance‑based adjustments.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience in photography or creative industries, visual storytelling competency, and proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset).
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City, collaborate in a team, manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism.
