About the role
As a Spa Therapist you will support the efficient operation of the spa department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with the Rooms Division to deliver high‑quality experiences for guests, employees and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Spa Department within the Rooms Division.
- Support departmental operations in line with Hyatt corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Help meet the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Aesthetic treatment qualification.
