About the role

The position provides speech-language pathology services to a complex patient population in a day‑shift schedule, with occasional weekend coverage. The therapist works independently, ensuring high‑quality, age‑appropriate care while contributing to departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practice guidelines.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Complete all facility competencies and adhere to professional standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech-Language Pathology.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for patient care.
