Speech Pathologist – Day Shift

About the role

The Speech Pathologist will join the Speech Pathology department to deliver therapeutic services to a complex patient population. This full‑time, day‑shift position includes occasional weekend work and emphasizes independence, accountability, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages requiring speech‑language services.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability while delivering high‑quality care.
• Complete all facility competencies and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in departmental growth initiatives and continuing education.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served.
