About the role
A reputable hospitality property in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead its back‑of‑house operations. The role requires immediate availability and offers the chance to manage a dedicated stewarding team in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day stewarding activities, ensuring smooth operation of dishwashing, cleaning, and waste management.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all back‑of‑house areas.
- Lead, train, and schedule the stewarding team, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service departments to support seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a stewarding supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of stewarding operations and sanitation protocols.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
