About the role

The Spa & Wellness Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the spa at Four Seasons Kuwait City, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery. Reporting to spa management, this role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and guest engagement in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee spa booking practices to maximize productivity and room utilization during peak and off‑peak periods.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest areas, locker rooms, fitness zones, and relaxation rooms to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper equipment functioning.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder supplies to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement new procedures that improve service quality and productivity.
• Supervise the spa team—including therapists, attendants, and coordinators—ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires, maintain and update the Spa Training Manual, and refresh training materials quarterly.
• Provide ongoing retraining for existing staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and document staff performance, support evaluations, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and implement up‑selling incentives to drive revenue growth.
• Provide consultations and familiarize guests with spa services, amenities, and hotel facilities.
