About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers and students in a dynamic classroom environment. The role involves providing one‑to‑one and small‑group assistance, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  • Support children during lessons presented by teachers by working with students one‑to‑one or in small groups.
  • Apply school and class rules consistently to help students develop appropriate behavior for learning.
  • Assist teachers with record‑keeping, such as attendance and assessments, using a range of programmes.
  • Assist teachers in preparing resources, materials and equipment, including computers for each lesson.
  • Supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch and recess, and on field trips, ensuring their safety and well‑being at all times.

Required profile

  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in the English language.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using progress and attainment tracking software or other school‑related programmes.
