Technical Project Manager – Physical Access Control Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Physical Access Control System (PACS) and integrated security projects in Kuwait. The role acts as the primary technical interface between customers, system integrators, consultants, internal engineering teams and other stakeholders, overseeing projects from requirement gathering to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end physical access control and integrated security projects, developing plans, schedules, resources and milestones.
• Capture and document technical requirements, conduct site surveys, oversee installation, configuration, testing, integration and commissioning of hardware and software.
• Coordinate integrations with third‑party systems such as CCTV/VMS, HRMS/ERP, visitor management, elevators and BMS.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders, track progress, mitigate risks and ensure delivery to scope, quality and timeline.
• Deliver technical training, support user acceptance testing, obtain customer sign‑off and transition projects to support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing medium‑to‑large security technology projects, preferably in PACS or integrated security solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of access control hardware (controllers, readers, biometric devices, locks, sensors) and associated software platforms.
• Proven experience working with system integrators, consultants, contractors and enterprise customers in the GCC region.
