Theater Property Equipment Manager & Logistics Analyst

About the role

GDIT is seeking a Theater Property Equipment Manager/Logistics Analyst to support customer equipment operations and missions within the CENTCOM area of responsibility. The role involves managing property accountability, conducting inventories, and coordinating logistics activities in an austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly cyclic inventories on Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and maintain 100% accountability of all containers and property.
• Use GCSS‑A to record reporting, dispositions, and generate logistics reports.
• Manage shipping and receiving of theater property equipment, including lateral transfers and transport to designated yards in Kuwait.
• Maintain key control logs and coordinate with strategic partners such as AMCOM, CECOM, and PEO‑IS.
• Attend meetings with the 1 TSC LOG AUTO Branch Chief and provide status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) and at least 6 years of related logistics experience.
• Active Secret security clearance and ability to meet CENTCOM medical and deployment standards.
• Experience with supply chain and program management in a defense environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in austere conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GCSS‑A property book functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
