Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will translate commercial plans into measurable in‑store execution across SharkNinja’s retail footprint, ensuring the brand is presented correctly at every touchpoint while supporting field sales and controlling returned stock.

Key responsibilities

• Execute agreed planograms, displays, demo zones and promotional activities across assigned accounts, ensuring timely and complete launches.
• Monitor on‑shelf availability, share of shelf, pricing accuracy and POSM compliance, escalating gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Onboard, schedule and manage the promoter/brand‑expert network, deliver product training and track sell‑out targets, conversion and demo counts.
• Receive, inspect and classify customer and retailer returns, maintain accurate records and coordinate with Trade, Customer Care and Warehouse to close cases within SLAs.
• Provide weekly sell‑out, execution compliance, promoter productivity and returns reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail/trade execution, field sales or merchandising, preferably in consumer electronics, SDA or FMCG.
• Experience supervising promoters, merchandisers or brand experts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across GCC markets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
