Transportation Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations across our dark‑store locations in Kuwait. The role ensures smooth execution of regional delivery plans, monitors performance, and drives a reliable customer delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily transport and delivery operations across assigned dark‑store locations.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, delivery KPIs and fulfillment efficiency.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational issues and delivery exceptions.
• Analyse operational data and trends to recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, supervisors, riders and external partners for effective execution.
• Oversee training and development of supervisors and riders.
• Monitor customer complaints, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, service standards and company policies.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide insights to management.
• Support optimisation of transport and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field, or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in delivery, transport, logistics or last‑mile operations, preferably in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Project‑management and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to be based in Kuwait and work flexible hours as required.
