About the role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. You will enhance the visual appeal of our retail spaces, ensuring products are showcased to attract and engage customers while supporting our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand standards and marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments of store layouts and product placements to maximize visibility, accessibility, and customer flow.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional displays for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust merchandising strategies for improved performance.
• Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices across all locations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating innovative ideas.
